BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua deliver international standard of quality healthcare services for residents and tourists in Bali. It is the group’s second hospital to open in Bali under the group of BIMC Hospital. BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua was inaugurated on 5th May 2012, by the Tourism and Creative Economy Minister, dr. Mari Elka Pangestu, PhD along with officials from the Health Ministry and the Balinese government.
Located in the centre of the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) complex, BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua is the first hospital in Indonesia accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standard International (ACHSI). The facility is within walking distance of luxury 5-star hotels and villas, the Bali Golf and Country Club, Nusa Dua Convention Center, Bali Collection shopping and food esplanade, not to mention the many beautiful secluded beaches; all located just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The two-storey BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua is within easy reach of Nusa Dua and the tourism enclaves of Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Uluwatu and its surrounding areas. 24 Hours Accident & Emergency Centre
Fully equipped four-wheel ambulances are on alert 24 hours a day, supplied with GPS units and radios allowing the doctor and nurse on board direct contact to BIMC Hospital’s emergency room, which is prepared with the latest technology and a specifically trained medical team. The select team of medical staff at BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua consists of specialists in the areas of emergency medicine and intensive care who are on call 24 hours a day, each with their own cellular phones and pagers for round-the-clock availability. BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua is capable of assessing and stabilizing patients who are in a critical condition. As the situation dictates, the patient can be hospitalized, held for observation, or prepared for medical evacuation. The 24-hour Accident & Emergency Centre is equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment, ECG, defibrillators, vital signs monitors, IV pumps, ventilators and other fundamental equipment necessary to deal with any kind of medical emergency or trauma. For medical evacuation – should it be necessary – BIMC Siloam Nusa Dua will handle all arrangements, either by commercial airline carriers, helicopters, or private air-ambulance charter.
